Payments and Refund Policy

Fee(s)

The fee for the program(s) is fixed by Gradient IAS. However the final amount can vary based on the client requirements.

Once the fee amount is agreed, the client can make the payment online through a secured payment gateway like PhonePe, PayuMoney, RazorPay, PayPal, or directly through bank transfer via IMPS or NEFT .

Refunds

Once a registration or a transaction has been made, no refund will be issued.

A refund will only be issued if a program or event is subject to cancellation by Gradient IAS (refund would be issued within 7 working days)

Cancellations

No cancellation will be allowed by the client.
